Organized by LES Italy in cooperation with AICIPI, the association of the in-house Patent and Trademark attorneys in the Italian industry, the seminar will bring together international experts for an exchange of views among industries and jurisdictions on the doctrine of equivalents in the patent infringement.

 

The conference will involve several members of LESI and many representatives from the industry.
