The two twin games were played with the perspective of SMALL meets, BIG and BIG meets Small.

During game play the teams came up with what they agreed is “best practice” for planning and conducting licensing from the two perspectives. For the Small firm proper planning and budget planning is essential, but the same is relevant for the BIG, and for both to comprehend the context of the other party, which are totally different.
